What happens if my teacher is ill?
We have a team of full-time staff who are able to step in at short notice and cover classes as appropriate. We guarantee that classes will run as planned in accordance with the course programme and will be led by a highly qualified teacher. This teacher will remain in charge of your class until your original teacher is able to return.
Who can I contact if I have any concerns or problems or I need advice?
The coordinators and directors of School House are always available to listen and offer advice in matters relating to your studies.

Are the educational materials included in the price?
Books are not included in the price. Photocopies and stationery are included.
Is there a registration fee?
The anual registration fee is € 60.
How should I prepare for a formal examination?
At the end of your course you will have the opportunity to enter various formal examinations.
The most well-known formal English qualifications are the Cambridge University certificates: Starters, Movers, Flyers, Key English Test (KET), Preliminary English Test (PET), First Certificate (FCE), Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) and Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE).

Our courses are motivating and fun. We use a wide range of resources and methods to create a dynamic learning environment in which all students are encouraged to participate.Is the teacher a native speaker?
We have native-speaking and non-native speaking teachers. All our teachers are highly qualified and have significant teaching experience. Furthermore, our teachers are certified to teach English as a foreign language (EFL, CELTA, DELTA, PGCE – equivalent to CAP (Certificado de Aptitud Pedagógica).
Do you offer courses abroad?
We don’t offer courses abroad but we can recommend other companies that do.
